FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yourfriends@saviacollective.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, items deemed faulty may be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund.
SAVIA reserves the right to determine whether an item is faulty and to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
ORDERS

- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Issues with payment authorisation
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
SHIPPING

SAVIA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
