Refund policy

SAVIA offers returns on all full priced items/orders within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns may be exchanged, refunded to the original payment method or issued as a store credit.

Items marked as final sale, including those from our sale page, are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, so please choose carefully.

TERMS OF RETURN

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags attached and returned in original condition completely undamaged. Returns must be lodged through our Returns Portal prior to sending your item(s), as this submission acts as proof of purchase. Returns that have not been submitted through our Returns Portal will not be processed.

SAVIA reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions. If your return is not accepted, you will be contacted and the item(s) will be sent back to the original shipping address on your order.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items received without prior authorisation through our returns portal or our Customer Care team.
  • Items showing signs of wear, including perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odour.
  • Items that are marked, stained, or damaged in any way, including (but not limited to) fake tan, deodorant, oil stains, pet hair or makeup.
EXCHANGES

Not quite the right fit? We offer one free size exchange on all Australia wide orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached. 

RETURN COST

Return labels are at the expense of the customer and are issued via our online return’s portal once the return eligibility has been met.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been accepted. SAVIA accepts tracked shipping only, as SAVIA is not responsible for lost returns.
