Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from SAVIA’s fulfillment centre in Brisbane, Australia, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST).
Please note, our fulfillment is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next business day.
All orders are shipped through Australia Post with delivery options as follows:
Domestic:
⁃ Express shipping within Australia (1-3 business days)
⁃ Standard shipping within Australia (2-5 business days)
International:
-International express shipping (3-10 business days)
⁃ International Standard shipping (6-21 business days)
All times listed above are estimates. If you are experiencing delays please contact Australia post as this is outside of our control. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order.
You will be provided with a tracking number via email. Please refer to this for all recent updates on your package.
For orders outside of Australia you may experience import taxes or customs. These are to be covered by the customer.
We are not liable for any parcels that have been lost or stolen. Please contact Australia post for more information.
Tracking Your Order

Changing/Cancelling An Order
We begin processing your order immediately to ensure a seamless experience. For this reason, we may not be able to accommodate changes once placed. This includes cancellations, address or shipping updates, discount codes, or item adjustments.
